Муфта NM состоит из двух ступиц и гибкого кольца, способного компенсировать все типы несоосности валов. Гибкие кольца изготовлены из нитиловой резины (NBR), обладающей высокими внутренними демпфирующими свойствами, что позволяет поглощать и гасить крутильные колебания и эффективно работать в диапазоне температур от -40 до +100 °C.
